How Ukraine Works collects, uses, and protects your personal data.

1. Data we collect
Through the contact form we collect: name, company name, email, phone, industry, approximate worker count, and message text. For spam protection we also store the IP address and browser user-agent at the time of submission.
2. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (form submission) and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry, in accordance with the GDPR (Art. 6) and the Ukrainian Law on Personal Data Protection.
3. Retention period
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months from last contact, or until you request deletion.
4. Third parties
Data is processed via Lovable Cloud infrastructure (hosting and database) and a transactional email provider for confirmation emails. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes. Calendly — if you book an online consultation through Calendly. WhatsApp — if you contact us via WhatsApp. Telegram — if you contact us via Telegram.
5. Cookies and analytics
The production site may use Google Tag Manager for aggregated web analytics. In development and preview environments analytics is fully disabled. You can block GTM via browser settings or extensions.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, email info@ukraineworks.com.ua.
