Ukraine Works
Ukraine Works was founded by an experienced team of lawyers and managing partners to address a serious problem in the Ukrainian labour market: a shortage of qualified workers across most industries, particularly in construction, logistics and housing services.
We share the broad view that this shortage is not just a business challenge but a systemic imbalance slowing the country's recovery. Ukraine Works was established to help Ukrainian companies attract foreign labour.
Our initiative combines the experience of Ukrainian migration lawyers with partnerships with major recruitment agencies in Asia. This lets us deliver the full cycle of services, from sourcing to ongoing support.
LLC «UKRAINE WORKS CONSULTING» is included in the official List of business entities providing employment intermediary services and business entities hiring workers for subsequent work in Ukraine at other employers.
